Essential Ingredients:

  • a glass of low-fat kefir product or fermented baked milk;
  • 130 g of sugar;
  • a glass of baking flour;
  • 50 g butter;
  • ½ tsp soda.

Pour kefir into a cup and add soda to it, which should cause a reaction. If the mixture begins to bubble, then it is extinguished.

In a separate bowl, mix bulk products and grate with room temperature butter.

 

Combine the contents of 2 cups. We roll out the dough and cut it out with molds. Fry at medium temperature in a greased pan, closing it with a lid.

The amount of flour added to cookies may vary. It depends on the size of the glass and gluten of the baking mixture.

Sour cream cookie recipe

We will prepare magnificent cookies that can be baked in the oven or use an ordinary frying pan.

The required set of products:

  • 90 g of fat sour cream;
  • 300 g flour;
  • a teaspoon of soda (baking powder);
  • yolk from 1 egg;
  • 3 tbsp refined (odorless) oil.

 

Beat the yolk with sour cream and granulated sugar. Without ceasing to work with a whisk, add oil. Flour and baking powder should be sieved and poured into a lush mass. The dough should be easy to cut.

You can use the option of forming cookies, when the sausage is first rolled out, cut into pieces. First, give each one a rounded shape, and then flatten it with the bottom of the glass. Cook in a pan with butter.

Fried curd treat

  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 tsp soda;
  • 4 tbsp Sahara;
  • half a pack of margarine.

You will need:

  • 2 cups of oatmeal;
  • 1 tbsp sour cream;
  • 2 egg whites;
  • honey or white sugar to taste;
  • some sesame or raisins.

You will need:

      • butter (optionally replace with table margarine) - 250 g;
      • eggs - 3 pcs.;
      • sugar - 150 g;
      • can of boiled condensed milk;
      • slaked soda - 1 tsp;
      • flour - 350 g.

In a thick-walled cup we set the melting fat, and at this time we begin to beat the eggs with sugar. When the volume increases by 2.5 times, it is necessary to pour boiling fat without ceasing to work with the mixer, and turn it off after a minute.

Add vanillin, baking powder and start adding flour. Its quantity depends on the size of the eggs. When warm, the dough should turn out to be liquidy. We heat the speed from two sides and pour the desired amount in the middle with a pans. We close the lid, which is better to press a little at the beginning of frying.

If excess dough begins to appear at the edges of the pan, then they need to be cut with a sharp knife.

After a couple of minutes, turn the pan over and fry the other side of the cookie. As soon as it is ready, we take the hot form by the handles in tacks, open it and simply throw it on a paper towel. While preparing the next batch, immediately remove the excess at the edges of the triangles, giving a neat shape.

Fasten cold products in pairs with boiled condensed milk.

Here, for cookies in a pan with a certain shape (perhaps you have it in the form of mushrooms), you do not need to beat the eggs, but add them to the warm melted margarine along with the rest of the ingredients.

The consistency of the test should be dense in contrast to the previous recipe. We divide it into several parts and first make a sausage, and then divide it into small pieces. In the preheated form, put one at a time in each hole, close the lid and bake in the same way as the "Triangles".
