  • 1 tsp instant yeast;
  • 1 tbsp. l sweet ketchup;
  • 3 small tomatoes;
  • 1 pickled cucumber;
  • ½ yellow bell pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Mix salt with yeast and pour them with warm water and oil. Mix well and leave for a quarter of an hour.
  2. Pour flour into the future dough, sifted a couple of times through the smallest sieve.
  3. Knead an elastic and easy-to-use mass. Leave under a clean towel for 90 minutes in a place without drafts.
  4. Stuffing minced meat with pieces of yellow pepper and ketchup. To taste add salt to the filling.
  5. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet covered with oiled parchment. Put the slightly cooled fried stuffing on top.
