Ingredients: meaty tomato, half a lemon, yellow sweet pepper, a clove of garlic, 280 g small shrimps and squid, half an onion, olive oil, salt.

  2. Boiled eggs are cut into cubes.

Ingredients: 330 g of seafood, onion, large carrots, a pinch of ground red pepper, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce without additives, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, ½ teaspoon of coarse salt.

Ingredients: squid carcass, 2 boiled chicken eggs, 240 g of poultry or pork ham, large cucumber, red sweet bell pepper, half onion, 110 g of any hard cheese, salt, ground black pepper, mayonnaise.

  1. First, the seafood carcass is immersed in boiling water for 2.5-3 minutes. Further, it will be easy to get rid of the chord and thin films. The boiled product is cut into small strips.
  2. Chicken can be fried, grilled, baked or also cooked. If you decide to also cook it, then the finished product is disassembled into individual fibers.
  3. Boiled eggs are cut very finely.
  4. Cheese is ground using a medium grater.

Before serving, it is worth giving the treats a good brew in the refrigerator. Instead of yogurt with the listed additives, you can choose any ready-made store-bought or even familiar mayonnaise as a sauce.

With crab sticks

Ingredients: a little more than a pound of fresh squid, 240 g of chilled or frozen crab sticks, a whole onion, 4 boiled chicken eggs, salt, sauce.

  1. The cooled eggs are cut in any convenient way. You can even grind them into thin circles.

How to cook squid for salad?

In order for the discussed dish to really turn out to be successful, the chef will first need to understand how to deliciously cook squid for the salad. Such a product can be called difficult in heat treatment. One has only to leave it in boiling water a little longer than it should be, and instead of tender pulp in the snack will be “hard rubber”.

 

Conditionally, 2 liters of water and 2 large tablespoons of salt are taken per kilo of seafood. To improve the taste of squid, you can add a little sugar to the liquid, a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and leaves of parsley.
